Terms & conditions

Bookings

A booking reserves your spot for the session you chose at eversky. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in.

Unpaid bookings are held for a short time while payment completes, then released.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel up to 4 hours before your session for a full refund to your card, or your visit credit back if you used one. Later cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded.

Visit packs

Pack visits are used one per guest per session, expire on the date shown at purchase, and aren't refundable once used.

Memberships

Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Health and safety

Heat and cold exposure isn't right for everyone. Every guest signs eversky's waiver before a first visit and follows staff guidance on site.
