What we collect

When you book with eversky we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number, plus the visits you book, the packs and memberships you buy, and whether you checked in.

If you sign a waiver we keep the name you typed as your signature, the waiver version, and when you signed.

If you create an account we keep your email and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your card details: payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To hold your booking, take payment, send your confirmation and receipts, let staff check you in, and keep your waiver on file.

eversky staff can see your bookings, purchases and waiver status so they can run your visit. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Stripe processes payments. Supabase stores the booking data. Resend delivers our emails. Vercel hosts the site. Each handles only what it needs to do that job.

Your choices

You can see your visits and credits under My visits. To correct or delete your information, contact eversky. We keep waiver records as long as the law requires, even after you stop visiting.
